We approach our investigations from a few angles. We first look into the history of the location and dive deep into records of news clippings, genealogy as well as fully investigating the local legends and stories. We want to thoroughly look at the history of a possibly haunting. Another side to the investigation is the interview process. Documenting the full account of all witnesses involved is just the first step. We also go out to find others that may have information for us about the location such as former owners, caretakers or neighbors. Of course all with prior permission granted from the current owner. Once we have built a firm foundation, we move on to the actual investigation. A team of professionals will go in under the guidance of the Lead Investigator. We will conduct a scientific exploratory sweep of the location. We fully document any encounters or anomalies. After all of this is the follow up process. During this whole progression of the investigation we keep communication with the property owner in order to make sure they understand each step.
